Client Challenge

The client sought to transform an open commercial plaza into a high-traffic, family-friendly outdoor playground. Key requirements included extreme weather resistance (high heat and UV exposure), strict compliance with international safety standards (EN1176 / ASTM), and custom play structures that cater to multi-age groups simultaneously.

Our Custom Solution

We delivered an integrated, non-powered outdoor play solution combining physical challenge, interactive fun, and vibrant aesthetic appeal:

• Custom Theme Combination Tower: Designed a 12-meter-tall wooden-style multi-play tower equipped with stainless steel spiral slides, rope bridges, and observation decks.
• Multi-Age Activity Zones:
• Toddler Zone (Ages 2-5): Low-height spring riders, sensory play panels, and soft-surfaced mini swings.
• Adventure Zone (Ages 6-12): Heavy-duty rope climbing networks, zip lines (cableways), and obstacle courses to build physical strength.
• Weather-Resistant Materials: Utilized LLDPE (Linear Low-Density Polyethylene) with 8-grade anti-UV additives, galvanized steel posts, and weather-proof HDPE boards to prevent fading and structural degradation in high-temperature environments.
• Safety & Surfacing: Fully integrated EPDM seamless rubber safety surfacing across the entire play area, engineered to meet critical fall height requirements.
